What's the difference between a tier and a pack?+
Tiers are the base platform — Solo for solo operators, Shop for retail and service teams, Practice for multi-staff offices and clinics. Packs are optional feature bundles that layer on top of any tier (Operations, Commerce, Marketing, AI Boost). Use packs to add exactly what you need without jumping to a bigger tier.
Can I upgrade or add packs later?+
Yes. Move between tiers or add packs anytime. We scope the work and quote it before starting. Founding clients keep their locked-in monthly rate even after upgrading — only the delta applies.
Why a build fee plus a monthly plan?+
Each platform is configured and branded for your business — not a generic template. The build fee covers setup, branding, and customization. The monthly plan covers hosting, security patches, dependency updates, and support. You get a platform, not a template.
What's included in the monthly plan?+
Every plan includes hosting on Vercel with SSL, database hosting on Supabase, security patches within 48 hours, dependency updates, uptime monitoring, and support. Security and infra are baseline — never billed against your maintenance hours.

Not in the usual sense — RUN1T isn't a template you sign up for, it's a custom platform we build for you. Instead, we offer a 30-day launch guarantee: if you're not happy with your platform within 30 days of launch, we refund your build fee in full. The discovery call that kicks off every engagement is free and carries no commitment.
What's the 30-day launch guarantee?+
Every new client gets 30 days after launch to decide whether the platform is right for their business. If it isn't, we refund the build fee in full and you walk away — no cancellation fees, and you keep a full export of your data. We offer this because we'd rather earn long-term clients than hold onto short-term ones.
Do add-on packs have a setup fee?+
Self-serve is always free — when we activate a pack, the feature unlocks and you configure it yourself (adding vendors, uploading products, setting up email domains, etc.). If you'd rather have us do the setup hands-off, there's an optional concierge setup fee per pack (Operations $150, Commerce $400, Marketing $150, AI Boost $250 — founding clients get 30–40% off these too). Scale Support has no setup fee because it's a service upgrade, not a feature unlock.
