We custom-build each platform from scratch — not a template or page builder. The build fee covers real development tailored to your business. The monthly plan covers hosting, maintenance, security updates, and ongoing support.

How does the build process work?+

It starts with a free discovery call where we learn about your business. From there we scope the project, build it out with check-ins along the way, and launch when you are happy with everything. You are involved at every step.

How long does the build take?+

Starter: 2–3 weeks. Professional: 4–6 weeks. Enterprise: 8–12 weeks. Timelines depend on scope, complexity, and your feedback turnaround.

Can I upgrade my plan later?+

Yes. You can add features or move to a higher tier anytime. We will scope the additional work and give you a clear quote before starting. Your monthly plan adjusts to match your new tier. Founding clients keep their locked-in monthly rate even after upgrading.

What if I need something not listed?+

Book a discovery call. We build custom solutions — mobile apps, third-party integrations, industry-specific tools. If you can describe it, we can probably build it.

Do I own my website and data?+

Yes, you own all your content, data, and customer records. We host and maintain it for you. If you ever leave, we export everything and help you transition. No lock-in, no penalties.

What is included in the monthly plan?+

Every plan includes hosting on Vercel with SSL, database hosting on Supabase, security patches, dependency updates, uptime monitoring, and email support. Higher tiers add priority support, AI features, monthly update hours, and strategy reviews.
