Why is RUN1T $495 a month?
Because we don't just hand you software. Agent Ready Foundation is a custom website, booking or online store, customer tracking, and payments, plus the work that brings customers in and brings them back: SEO, blog posts, review requests, follow-ups, email campaigns, loyalty rewards set up for your business during your build, and a chatbot. We set it up and run it, and you get a report every month and a strategy call every quarter.
Is there a yearly option?
Yes, for Agent Ready Foundation: pay yearly and get two months free ($4,950 a year instead of $5,940).
Is there a contract? Can my price go up?
No contract. Every plan is month to month. Your rate is locked for as long as you stay on it. It only changes if you choose to move to a different plan or rate.
Why is there a setup fee?
We build a custom site for your business, set up your services or products, booking or checkout, and payments, and get you live. It's a one-time charge, not a template you configure yourself.
What is the Readiness Scan?
More people now ask AI assistants like ChatGPT, Google's AI search, or Siri to find a business, compare options, and book for them. The Readiness Scan checks whether those assistants can find your business, understand what you offer, and get a customer to the point of booking or buying. It costs $250 and takes 5 business days. We check everything from the outside, so you don't install anything or give us any logins. You get a score, a list of what's in the way, and a call to go over it.
Is the $250 credited if I move forward?
Yes. If you sign up for any RUN1T plan or the Agent Commerce Audit within 30 days, the full $250 comes off.
Is the Audit credited too?
Yes. Up to $1,000 comes off your setup fee when you sign up for a plan, so on Starter the $900 setup is covered in full. The credit only reduces a setup fee and isn't paid out as cash or applied to monthly bills. Credits don't stack: if your Readiness Scan was already credited toward the Audit, you get the $1,000 Audit credit, and the most that ever comes off a setup fee is $1,000.
How is the Readiness Scan different from the free Scorecard and the Audit?
The free Website Scorecard is automatic: it loads your homepage once and flags obvious problems in about ten seconds. The Readiness Scan is done by a person and covers your whole online presence. The Agent Commerce Audit ($1,000) goes further: we run real AI assistants through your actual booking or buying process, stopping before anything is purchased or submitted, and give you a full report with a step-by-step plan. The Scan is the checkup. The Audit is the full diagnosis.
Do I have to buy anything after the scan?
No. The report is yours to keep. Some owners fix things themselves and some hire us. Either way, you'll know where you stand.
Do I own my website, domain, and data?
Yes. Once your setup fee is paid, your domain, your content and photos, and your customer, booking, and invoice records are yours. If you leave, we can move your domain, export your data, and walk your new provider through it for a $250 transfer fee. Booking, customer tracking, and payments run on the RUN1T platform, so a new provider would set those up on their end.
Why not use Square or Wix for $30 a month?

Is there a free trial?
